Returns & Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Shilajit product, please contact us within the specified time after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for return approval.
Refunds & Processing
Once the returned item is reviewed and approved, refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly. Due to health and safety standards, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
